mera dard kese wo janta, meri baat kese wo manta
wo to khud fana k safr main tha, usay rokna bhi mahal tha
kahan jao gay mujhe chor k, main ye pooch pooch k thak gaya
wo jawaab mujhko na day saka, wo to khud sarapa swaal tha
wo jo uskay saamnay aa gaya, wohi roshni main naha gaya
ajab uski haibat-e-husan thi, ajab uska rang-e-jamaal tha
dam-e-wapsi usay kya hoa, na wo roshni na wo tazgi
wo sitara kese bikhar gaya,wo to apni misaal ap tha
mere saath lag k wo ro diya, mujhe faqt itna wo keh saka
jisay janta tha main zindagi, wo to sirf wehm-o-khyaal tha
wo mila to sadyon k baad bhi, mere lab pe koi gila na tha
usay meri chup nay rula diya, jisay guftagoo main kamal tha

Awesome poem... May I suggest two corrections?
In the first line, "to" is extra.. it is:- Usay apnay farda ki fikr thi.....
Second line of 4th sher in this post is:- Ajab us ki haibat-e-husn thi, ajab us ka rang-o-jamal tha..
